It will be driven only to load and off load the vehicle on to the trailer. We always encourage the owner of the vehicle to write the odometer on the Bill of Lading.

It is very important that the owner of the vehicle or someone authorize by the owner be present. The driver will go through with the owner or the person authorize inspecting the vehicle and completing a condition report before signing the Bill of Lading for shipping. At arrival, the driver will require another inspection with the person authorized of receiving the vehicle, any damage must be clearly noted in the Bill of Lading. We also advise that photos be taken of the damaged and the Bill of Lading be signed by the driver.

Inoperable vehicles require special handling to be loaded and off loaded on to the trailer. This needs to be informed to make arrangements, if we are not informed additional charges will be incurred.

The vehicle must not have more than ¼ tank of fuel. Have the vehicle wash and clean so the conditioning report at pick up can be accurate. One hundred pounds of personal items are allowed in the trunk, personal items are not covered by insurance so we advised not to leave any in the vehicle. If the vehicle is a convertible or has a sunroof make sure all openings are close.

We do our best to offer door to door pickup and delivery, however due to the size of our auto carriers, some residential streets do not allow them, in does instances we coordinate the pick up or delivery in the nearest accessible location, could be a crossing street, Walmart, shopping center or supermarket.

All vehicles are insured at the blue book value, it will be stated in the shipping order and agreement, Bill of Lading is for proof of pickup and delivery and also for unexpected damages. If a customer wants more protection to their vehicle, we offer additional insurance options.

A deposit is required at the time of pick up and the remaining balance is due upon delivery. Method of payment accepted are cash, certified check or apps like Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay or Cash App.

It is very important to notify us immediately of any damaged to the vehicle, it is also very important to note it in the Bill of Lading and have it signed by the driver, otherwise it will be very difficult for insurance companies to accept it. In the unfortunate event that the vehicle incurred in any damaged during transit, the shipper still needs to pay the carrier and let the insurance company handle the claim.
